Shuttle picked us up on time from the airport and there were three staff at reception ready to check in all of the guests who arrived at the same time.

NH Collection Plaza Santiago
It was a great, spacious suite with a view of the Costanera tower. The staff was friendly and we greatly appreciated the ability to check in early (for a small fee). The hotel is perfectly located and easily accessible to the metro anywhere else in the city.
