“We had a two bedroom apartment with the most amazing views over Lake Como. The property owner was friendly and helpful. Every morning we enjoyed a lovely breakfast on the balcony with views of the lake. You have to walk roughly 4 to 5 minutes down to a carpark where you can catch a small train to Bellagio town centre. I would recommend this property to anyone. We found it wonderful. ”

“This property was incredible! The location was right in the heart of the old historic center and was easy to find, easy to get our luggage to, without too many steps! The communication from the host was very detailed and they accommodated our early check in request. They were very helpful and the apartment was spacious with every amenity you would want while away on vacation. Plus, the bed was super comfortable! Would highly recommend this property!!!”

“Das Haus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und braucht dringend ein Upgrade. Vor allem die Betten und Matratzen sowie Bettwäsche. Das Schlafsofa ist aus unserer Sicht nicht mehr für mehr als eine Übernachtung zumutbar. Die Bäder waren okay, aber mindestens 35/40 Jahre nicht daran gemacht. Die Möbel an sich erwecken den Eindruck, dass alles was zu Hause nicht mehr benötigt wird, wird hier rübergebracht. Der Plastiktisch und die Stühle dazu auf der oberen Ebene vor dem Haus müssen dringend entsorgt……

“Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter der Ferienwohnung hat bestens geklappt. Die Klima ist zwei mal ausgefallen, das Problem wurde aber sofort behoben. Sonst gab es alles was man braucht. Der Pool könnte öfters gereinigt werden aber das war nur eine Kleinigkeit. Insgesamt war alles gut. ”

“A really nice flat with everything you would need for a stay in the area! Great views of Bellano and Lake Como too, and the price was more than reasonable. If you do stay here without a car, be aware that the walk up from the town is very steep, I underestimated this a bit!”

“It's certainly very unique in its Gothic style and very spacious, close to everything. but we found dust in corners and on some selves, the storage room was full of cleaning stuff and smelled like mold....also even it is only 4 miniutes walk from the ferry, with its location at the top of the hill and to carry big suitcases along the pebble stone road all the way up to check in is no fun at all.”

“We loved our stay! The house suited our needs for our 2 night stay in Lake Como and we loved the proximity to a lovely hike over the peninsula and away from the "touristy" spots of Lake Como. A couple notes... the pool view is not the view from the house and there is actually a house in most of the view of the house with only a side view of the lake out of the main window so that was a disappointment and honestly a bit deceiving based on the pictures. There were no toiletries (soap/shampoo)……

“The view is amazing. The apartment was spacious and had parking right out front. If you have time, take advantage of the main hotel lakeside area and indoor pool/spas. Check in is at the main hotel. “We loved this property. We were looking for something authentic and this was definitely it. This apartment had lots of character and ambience. it was well equipped for cooking and living. We loved the spiral staircase and the bedroom on the upper level. We also built a fire in the outdoor fireplace. The grocery store up the street was fantastic along with the fact that it had fill your own bottle of red or white wine.”

"Very disappointing stay considering paying up to Euro 1500/ ++ per night F&B - 2 out of 3 restaurants are booked for event and not available to guest - Food quality is subpar (from breakfast to dinner) Spa - Spa is fully booked for the entire weekend (no slots reserved for in house guests), we asked during booking whether spa needs to be book ahead and was assured availability upon arrival - Heated pool temperature is lukewarm at most Room - Sound proof in bedroom is very poor, you can hear every car passing from the street to other rooms closing or opening their electric curtains - Size is small compare to other top tier hotels in Como"
