Fresh, new 2BR 2 Bath Ocean view Condo, heated pool , jacuzzi , shaded parking

Enjoy our clean , newly purchased and furnished ocean view 2 BR 2 Bath condo. It is the high of third floor assessable by elevator and stairs. Two nice size bedrooms. The master BR has a king size bed and a smart TV and the guest BR queen size bed and reg.TV. Both beds have memory foam mattresses. Full kitchen with large freezer section of the fridge, electric stove , burners and microwave. Blender, coffee machine toaster. Four bar chairs, dinner table for 6. W/D in the unit. We have AC in each room.
The common area has a large size smart TV with Blue Ray, mixer, base and surround sound. Collection of popular movies on DVD available.
Balcony with nice view table and chairs.
Heated swimming pool, Jacuzzi and barbeque . Secured , shaded parking for your vehicle. All described above in in gated area .
Beaches are 2 miles away in each direction. San Carlos is world class fishing, diving, wind surfing and dining resort. Grocery stores are near by.

"Just as described"

A clean and comfortable 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with nice balcony views of the bay. Owner was always available for questions. A gated complex for added security. Laundry room was a plus. Could easily have enjoyed a longer stay. No complaints and highly recommended. (should have a car-there usually is covered parking available)

Excellent!

Numerous times throughout our stay I said to my husband "we really lucked out on this place". We stayed for almost 2 months and it was perfect. The view of the Bahia was amazing. We loved the swimming pool and hot tub. Everything was really well maintained. The neighbors are also very friendly. We highly recommend Marko, he was awesome at communitcating with us.

Beautiful well appointed condo overlooking Bahía near marina activities. Close to popular beaches, dive boats and most activities in San Carlos. Mark, the owner and property staff were very helpful.

Enjoy paradise

Mark is one of the best managers I have ever dealt with. He checked on us the day of the departure and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. The condo was gorgeous, very clean and it had the most beautiful view to the marina. If you visit San Carlos you won’t regret staying here. Also, go have some breakfast at Rosas!
