"Excellent apartment in a new secure development with pristine facilities such as a fantastic and clean communal swimming pool, only 10mins walk to numerous bars, restaurants & a small supermarket (Villamartin Plaza). The apartment itself was immaculate with everything virtually new. The roof solarium was amazing with sun loungers, sofa, chairs, dining table and BBQ facilities. I would highly recommend this apartment."

"Storage Space are chuttered whith personal affairs of the Owners. The storage bed King size is full and became noisy and uncomfortable.The toilet seat and the roller shutter must be repaires. Not enought patère mural In the second room a second nightstand is necessery.For the kitchen please replace the frying pans."

"We stayed at this beautiful 2 bedroom apartment for one night yesterday. The apartment is spacious, modern and very welcoming. Comes with its own parking space. Communication with Luke and Amanda were great, really prompt reply’s to my messages. We wish we were staying longer."

Place was secure and central with nice bakery/coffee shop around the corner Cons: Nothing to do with the property but good to know if future guests do not have a car;Taxi’s gps’ didn’t seem to be able to find the apartment (street seem to have been renovated incl a new cul de sac preventing car from driving straight through the street."

"Just as advertised - very clean, very well-equipped and light. 2 cute bathrooms, 2 small bedrooms. Delicious bakery just downstairs. Very centrally located. If you need parking, you will have to drive around a bit to find a spot or an open garage. Other than that, it was a short stay but it was great."
