“Excellent location, beautiful property, and affordable. Would like to come back but management communication tools must be used more effectively. Poor communication with reception caused duress and stress during our travel delay, as there was no way to determine if they could hold our room if we checked in late or a day later. I contacted them four times through the Expedia app weeks and days before arriving, and they did not respond at all. Three phone calls to reception went unreturned,……

“Storage Space are chuttered whith personal affairs of the Owners. The storage bed King size is full and became noisy and uncomfortable.The toilet seat and the roller shutter must be repaires. Not enought patère mural In the second room a second nightstand is necessery.For the kitchen please replace the frying pans.”

“Pros: The view was beautiful, and the apartment was spacious and clean. Cons: There were a couple of things that concerned me within the apartment due to safety reasons. The main one was no shelf or slip mat in the shower. This meant having to bend down every time you needed soap or body wash or shampoo. Not good on a slippery floor. The next thing, a minor detail, no toaster, presumably the oven was to be used.”

“We stayed at this beautiful 2 bedroom apartment for one night yesterday. The apartment is spacious, modern and very welcoming. Comes with its own parking space. Communication with Luke and Amanda were great, really prompt reply’s to my messages. We wish we were staying longer.”

“Super room, in a great area. Perfect for wandering and soaking up the atmosphere of Murcia. We chose a room with a city balcony view (highly recommend) we utilised the balcony on a daily basis. Everything we required for our stay was available. Correspondence via app was great 👍 Recommend you visit 'Correos Mercado Murcia' a short walk from the hotel. Overall...Highly recommend, we had an epic stay here!”
