I wish we knew they would under major construction, we would not of stayed there. there was tape and plastic on the grounds and dust everywhere, even in the room. they had updated the room, but that didn't matter, they should not be open. We shared the elevator with the workers, the noise level of drilling and hammering was very loud. we checked out as soon as we could. There was no parking, The breakfast was sad, and the attendant was on her phone. She did not communicate unless we asked her was the brown bag breakfast? it consisted of a bagel or muffin, small apple, small orange and small yogurt.. The coffee was good..

We had an ocean view room, the weather was very nice, we were able to go to the pier and walk at the beach. The staff was very friendly. The room was very clean and a good size for more than 4 people, and it was only my husband and myself.

The Hotel was under construction and when booking it said nothing about it. So no pool access, the "free" continental breakfast was a brown bag with a bagel...pretty horrible.

Due to the construction, we had no air conditioning, and our room was 80 degrees overnight and no functioning window to open. Also, pool, exercise room and breakfast area were all closed. They did move us the second night, but in my opinion the rates should have been discounted for the inconveniences.

Big part of the reason we puck the property was for the hot tub was out of service. Wasn't on the site. In the room. The whole side of the headboard of the walll didnt work. Understand they were going through a reservation, but still could have done way better.

The hotel is under construction and no one informed us before hand. When we arrived it took an hour to get our room. When we arrived there was a paper informing us that for 2 days of our stay there will be no water from 10am-3pm. Considering we were there for a wedding and we couldn’t get ready. We waited over an hour for someone to also check us in. The gentlemen there said he didn’t know how. We had to wait for the night manager. Once he arrived they still struggled and had to “unlock” the room. We went to bed as we were tired. When we got up tried to use the toilet and it wouldn’t flush. We had to use the restroom in the hall way. I understand they are under construction but you need to inform people before or shut down. How can you expect full price when we have so many restrictions.

Having yo move 3 times do to the remodel that was not on your website. So checking in nothing was said. The noises from construction was terrible, All i here from the staff is sorry about the inconvenience. I was there for 3 weeks and not one competition was brought up. I travel for a living and will not ever stay with your hotel again.
