This charming beach getaway is just a 100-yard stroll to the sand, and it comes with all the beach toys, including surfboards, body boards, chairs, umbrellas, towels, etc. Plus, it is uniquely positioned just steps away from our 3.5 mile beach trail. No more loading the car with beach gear, and no more renting equipment and searching for a parking space, ‘cause you are at the beach! After a beach day, enjoy a cocktail on your deck, or soak in the hot tub on the patio. From here, it’s also an easy 10-minute walk to Fisherman’s restaurant in the pier bowl area, or to T-street beach, or to San Clemente’s quaint downtown for shopping and restaurants. World-class surfing at Trestles and San-O is a 10-minute drive south.

This 3 bedroom, 2 bath house is located in a tranquil neighborhood, perfect for sleep-ins and peaceful evenings. Make yourselves at home sunbathing on your private deck, or entertain friends and family while bbq-ing or jacuzzing on your secluded patio. It is the essence of San Clemente beach, with new
flooring, palm trees, ocean breezes, and a free-flowing, indoor-outdoor atmosphere. It invites you to lounge outdoors on the deck, or relax inside on the sofa while watching a movie on the high-definition smart TV with fully-loaded on demand options. The open and fully equipped kitchen offers bar-style seating or sit-down dining, with a direct view of your friends on the deck, or of the flat screen inside if you choose. Enjoy the wireless internet throughout, as well as centralized heating. In the master bedroom, sleep tight on your king-sized bed with an attached bath, or wander to the hot tub with direct access from this bedroom. All 3 bedrooms sleep 2 people each.

Take a short stroll to our pier, where you can take in the sun and ocean breezes, fish, or relax and dine at the Fisherman’s restaurant.

• Theme parks, etc: Disneyland, Seaworld, San Diego zoo, Knott’s Berry Farm and Legoland are one-hour’s drive or less.
• San Clemente’s new aquatic center features an olympic-sized pool, and an “aquatic playground” for the little ones.
• Dana Point Harbor is a ten-minute drive north, with numerous options for shopping, dining, or deep-sea fishing. You can also rent kayaks, jet skis and sail boats, or take the short boat ride to our local Catalina Island.
• Laguna Beach is our neighboring seaside community, renowned for its gorgeous beaches, galleries, art festivals, and Pageant Of The Masters (july).
• Big Bear ski resort is two-hours away, close enough for a day trip or over nighter.
• catch the “Surfliner Amtrak” train from our pier for a one-hour seaside excursion down the coast to San Diego, or to the Del Mar race track (july 17-sept 4), or to Angel’s stadium for baseball games.
45 minute drive to Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm, Legoland, 1 hr to Sea World and San Diego Zoo. Dana Point Harbor is only a 5 minute drive north.
