"The bathrooms needs more upkeep "

"Terrible! Room smells old and moldy, disgusting. Towels are old yellowed and dirty. Air conditioner doesn't work. Shower head is low, you have to bend down to shower (I'm 5"5). Shower head and water drain was rusted and has mold, handle was falling apart. Very low water pressure and water is not warm enough. Bed and mattress was bad, you can feel the springs inside and can see underneath the bed sheets was really dirty (hair, stains etc). Pillow was bumpy(worse than the $2ones from Walmart. Outside the hotel area/parking lot has some homeless and weirdos. booked 5nights stay, almost cried, I travel quite often and never had a hotel this bad. The only reason I gave 2stars was the location was convenient with restaurants and grocery stores near by and a gas station with 24hours convenient store. The staff seems nice and welcoming but that doesn't help with how bad the hotel itself was. I do NOT recommend this place to stay unless you really have no other options."

"It’s old and run down "

"Front desk was very friendly and accommodating , friendly staff however some staff was not good at giving directions. So we were unable to get a full experience of the Amenities . Overall loved the property . And the view of the upgraded rooms we got family enjoyed our stay. "
