Great Location

Great Location close to a lot of bars and restaurants. It’s an active part of town, so be prepared for city noises throughout the day. We enjoyed our visit, and would stay here again.

Quaint accomo in Cool Neighborhood.

Quaint accommodations in Cool Neighborhood with Vinyl Stores, vintage clothing and excellent food options (Pokez!). Easy walk to Petco and waterfont. We had a blast!

Perfect Stay for 2 Attending Conference.

This property was the perfect stay! The host was very easy to contact with any of our concerns or questions. The property was within a 20 minute walk to the convention center, which was a great way to get our day started. This property is also very accessible by bus from the airport. The property itself had all of the necessities for the week, and was within walking distance of lots of restaurants and coffee shops.

Excellent family property walking distance form the San Diego Convention Center. Dad attends the conference while grown kids enjoyed the zoo, the City and attended a family "reveal party" nearby. Would certainly stay again.

Conference Stay

My wife and I had a conference at the Convention Center and wanted a more local experience instead of the usual chain hotel. We had a wonderful stay. The location was great, and the accommodations were clean and very comfortable. Very well done, Alan. I would highly recommend to any visitor including conference goers. David

Happy with East Village

Had a great 5 day stay with my wife while visiting our son. Alan is very responsive to any and all questions. The apartment was great and as depicted. Very clean. Proximiry to Petco Park and GasLamp Quarter was excellent. Uber is plentiful. Super fun time. Day trip up to Temecula wine country was a great surprise. Homeless population is very high in San Diego and we were mindful as to time of day and places we chose to walk. I would definitely stay here again.

Our stay here was really great and convenient for us walking to the grocery store, restaurants, and the Padres stadium for a game. It was very clean and comfortable. Highly recommended!

Convenient Location Downtown

The property was spacious enough for 3 adults with a place to sleep for each. The location was extremely convenient to downtown and we walked most places including the Gaslamp district and the Petco park area. Easy Uber/Lyft rides to Pacific Beach and Mission Bay. Alan the host was extremely responsive and both check in and check out were super easy.

Best spot in downtown San Diego!

My sister and I had a great experience staying at this property! Alan was quick to respond any questions we had and everything was very easy. There are supermarkets and restaurants just minutes away walking from the building. Having a parking spot was also very helpful. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. Couch and bed are very comfortable. I highly recommend and I would stay again for sure!
