Family Getaway

Family beach getaway

This house is beautiful and has all the amenities you need. Excellent space with 5 bedrooms and 5 baths. The beds were very comfy with nice linen. Location is decent, 10 min walk to get to the portion of the beach we liked most. The outdoor spaces are excellent but in need of some cleaning. Overall great, would stay again.

Wonderful home

We stayed at this home with all 9 of our senior family members. Everyone loved the home. It is well appointed and stocked. We really liked the 5 bathrooms! It was a rainy week but plenty of room for indoor activities and meals. Nice location

Everything You Need

Just finished up 5 nights and we loved this house. It met all our needs and then some. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was fantastic that has high end appliances and everything we needed for cooking. House was very clean and great location. Would definitely stay here again.

Exactly what we were looking for

This property was clean, perfect for hosting a large family that requires privacy and together time. There are several seating areas, places to eat and spend time together. There is a bathroom attached to four of the rooms with an additional full bath on the first floor for the king suite next to the kitchen. We had a lovely stay. Thank you.

Best house ever!

That was the comment of our 15 year old granddaughter. The house is perfect. Extremely clean, beautifully decorated, great kitchen, and easily accommodated our extended family of 11, ages 8 to 80. Beach and great restaurants within easy walking distance. Lovely outdoor areas for lounging. Very comfy beds. Just perfect. We are hoping to return next summer.

An amazing house in Pacific Beach, walkable to coffee, cafes, food, and more

Our group of seven adults had an awesome time at this perfectly located, modern house in Pacific Beach. The location is ideal for visiting anywhere in San Diego, and walking distance to a nice grocery (Gelson's), coffee (Caffe Di Talya), and pop up tacos that we discovered delightfully just walking around. The house itself is well appointed with bathrooms for everyone, which is a big help for a group. The bonus, for our sports fans, was the giant TV that was perfect for watching baseball as if we were at the stadium. Outdoor seating was also great in the back patio and top level, the latter which had ocean views. We'll be back and can't wait.

Great Find

Quiet neighborhood, clean house, 3 outdoor spaces, great kitchen, and comfortable rooms made this home a place you would want to return to. The property management company could improve their response time to phone calls for assistance as well as having someone answer the phone during business hours instead of having to leave messages.

Nice Place

Plenty of room in this 5 bedroom home. Top level is pretty cool with two balcony’s and a peloton bike. Overall new and clean - however the oven hadn’t been cleaned and was very surprised to find a live roach in the water reservoir of the coffee maker. Other than a slightly dirty oven and a surprise guest in the coffee maker the stay was great and the home pretty much how it was described. Thx

Great House! Very clean, great location, big!

I would highly recommend this house. It was big, the location was perfect, it housed and slept our entire group, the rooftop balcony was awesome, and we enjoyed our time. This is just a friendly FYI, not a knock on the house because it was perfect: The neighborhood is very quiet. The houses are very close together. This is NOT a place where you will be loud into the night. We had plenty of fun at the house and would stumble back late without issue; but I don't recommend planning to party at this house. It's not that type of house or location. You'll love how clean and big it is though.

A wonderful week in Dan Diego

Our family enjoyed all levels of the house and the close walk to the beach. The beach toys and wagon were very much appreciated. Three suggestions for improvement would be: 1. An electric griddle for cooking would be very helpful for pancakes and other large meals. 2. Two more kitchen wash cloths could have been useful for washing counters and tables. 3. There was not a broom for the kitchen/living room area. We had to bring the vacuum down from the second floor just to sweep the sand up off the kitchen floor.

Great house for a group of eight friends

The house was lovely and more than adequate for our group of eight women friends in our 70's. I have one complaint and one suggestion. The bathroom off the queen bed room obviously had not been properly cleaned as there were numerous long, black hairs on the floor. No one in our group has long hair. Also, a suggestion for older folds like us - it would be nice to have grab bars of some sort in the bathtub/shower combo. Getting in and out gets harder as we get older. Other than that, the house was clean, well equipped and very enjoyable.
