The pros: the location! This is walkable to absolutely everything in Little Italy, great food, great bars, a couple blocks from the Saturday Farmers Market, highly recommend going to this.The Cons: The pictures are VERY generous, when we arrived we were overwhelmed by the smell of mold, most things were broken and damaged, everything was dirty. Water stains were everywhere along with visible mold.The listing says it sleeps 5-6, the bed upstairs is comfy, however, the downstairs had a very hard futon and a roll away cot which was essentially fabric covered springs. We picked this place for the outside patio, which we were unable to use as all of the furniture was broken and the smell of urine was overwhelming. We asked for a partial refund and because we brought these items up after we left, they let us know that there was nothing they could do, aside from a discount at another property. Given the state of this property we were not willing to risk another stay. Managements excuse was that maybe the cleaning crew didn't do a great job, this was not a cleaning crew issue, this was the state of the unit being subpar. The pictures speak for themselves. This is the quality of a very cheap motel.
