This 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom townhouse was built in 2017. Interiors were crafted to exude a modern, beachy, and cozy vibe. Hard wood floors, stainless steel appliances, contemporary furniture accented with blue and green tones are used in creating this beautiful home.

The rooftop features a BBQ grill and ample seating for a family to hang out, dine, soak up some sunshine or just take in the beautiful views. This unit is close enough to walk to restaurants, shopping, Belmont Park, or the Bay. It is even a short drive to local attractions like: Sea World ~10 minutes, the San Diego Zoo ~15 minutes, Balboa Park ~15 minutes, Downtown San Diego ~15 minutes, and the Torrey Pines golf course ~20 minutes.

If you are looking to stay in Mission Beach this place is clean, updated, and located right in the heart of it all. The place is very comfortable and slept our part of 5, 2 parents and 3 teens perfectly. You can jet ski on the bay one day, play on the rides at the Burbank board walk another, and boogie board on big, but safe surf the rest of the time. Easy walking distance to all of these activities, not to mention restaurants galore. One thing to know about this area, it is very family friendly during the week days, but a little more edgy nightlife on the weekends. We enjoyed the diversity, but something to be aware of with younger families.

Sunshine, tacos, and steps

First time in mission Beach for our family. TLDR: rent this property. From the map it looked like this place was four blocks from the ocean, but it's SO close. In mission Beach the streets are tiny so the walk is less than 2 normal streets to the ocean and 2 houses from the bay. The property has a lot of steps, 1 flight to enter where there is a nice private spot to leave sandy shoes. Enter in to the great room. It's a little smaller than it looked from the pictures, but generous with a dining table for 8 plus seating at the kitchen bar. No bathroom on this floor. Another full flight of steps takes you to 2 bdrms and 2 bathrooms. Third flight to the roof deck where we hung out most nights and watched the Sea World fireworks. Kitchen is decently stocked equipment-wise and the cleaning crew left the unused, in the package coffee filters from a previous guest which was helpful. The fridge makes ice which was helpful. The 2 car garage was fantastic but does smell a little from the food waste trash. There were Beach chairs, an umbrella, Surf boards, sand toys in the garage which was a huge bonus. You can walk to amazing taquerias within 3 minutes, Belmont Park, gelato, shaved ice, ice cream, Starbucks, and more. This is a great rental

Brown Family Loves Mission Sands

We have been coming to Mission Beach for over ten(10) years and have stayed in multiple resorts and homes - this is by far the best property we have stayed in. Thank you Mission Sands for the memories and hopefully many more in the future!

Great property and PM is super responsive! Only complaint would be need more larger serving dishes; cookie sheets, platters and bowls. The sofa is small so watching movies isn’t ideal but was overall a great rental!

Clean, beautiful property close to restaurants & park!

My family of 4 (2 kids) just stayed at the Pacific Pearl for 4 nights for our Christmas vacation. The condo was beautiful and perfect for our 1st stay on Mission beach! The kitchen had everything we needed, including a small wine fridge. It was very clean and the owners were wonderful. I requested a Christmas tree for our stay and for a small fee they had a small decorated tree waiting in the living room for us! They also called to say a basket of board games would be left there for us (no extra charge) as well since we have kids with us. It was plenty of room for us, loved having 2 bathrooms and the beds were super comfy! The full size garage was wonderful and the kids used the boogie boards 2 different days. The weather was perfect, mid-60's. Thank you for all the memories!
