Christmas Vacation

Loved this location, easy access in and out. Can’t beat this location everything is in walking distance. House was great clean and spacious there were 17 of us and this place worked out great.

Great location!

The house was very clean, nice and great location. Lots of room to move about and different places to gather without feeling cramped. The rental company was very communicative and helped out immediately when needed. Highly recommend!

Accurately listed. We rented both halves so that made it easier to worry about making any noise and not bothering others, but house is in a great location. I live in SD so i went and looked at it first, but very happy with the place. Our group would rent this house again

Location is everything with this one!

It’s right on the boardwalk and just near main street Santa Clara. You are walking distance to many bars, restaurants, shops, mini market and to the north is PB or to the South to Belmont with the rollercoaster, a gym, shops and activities. With 8 bedrooms and all are king beds, one full plus a pullout if needed.

Can't beat! Amazing location and space

Perfect setting right on the beach, footsteps from the sand. Large house that's great for large groups. Great communication from the host. Would highly recommend and wish we could have stayed longer!

10/10 Location!!!!

This house was beautiful, clean and was so perfect for our large group of 23 people (3 babies). You could not ask for a better location being right on the beach and pretty much in between Pacific and Mission Beach. We were within walking distance to so many stores, coffee shops, small grocery stores and restaurants! There was definitely alot of stairs, which is mentioned in the listing. We did find the kitchen to be a lot smaller than the photos portrayed. Overall, loved this place and would stay here again!

4th year we brought kids, grand and great to Mission beach and this was the best house by far!! Pots, pans, dishes were a huge plus. The wife and I are amazed at how many people do not properly "outfit" the kitchen for large parties. This property had both plenty and good quality pans. This house is amazing! huge dinner table, Clean, on the boardwalk, comfy beds, large deck and larger roof top patio. they provide plenty of beach towels and a variety of beach toys for young and old. Plenty of beach chairs and a couple beach umbrellas. We would definitely rent again if the price is not too prohibitive.

Mission Beach

Overall the house is nice. The AC units are wall mounted units that kept the house cool. The one in the kitchen and in one of the bedrooms upstairs makes a really loud noise after it has been on for a few minutes. I’m used to renting houses in Newport for the same price that are much nicer, however for this area it seems to be on the nicer side compared to everything else that is available. Also the garage is insanely small. Don’t plan on parking in there unless you have a tiny car such as a Toyota Prius. We had a Nissan Rouge and we barely got it to fit in the far left garage.
