Great Location

Our stay was great. Very clean with plenty of room for 6 employees to have their own room. A short Uber ride for us to get to the Convention Center which worked out perfect for us to not need a rental vehicle.Thank you-

Perfect access getaway

The property was awesome relaxing and fun. Easy access to tons of places. All the bedrooms had 1 bed not 2 or bunk bed which was a big plus.this property had enough to keep us busy when we were not out exploring the city and best of all the owner Daniel was very prompt in addressing a WiFi issue that was resolved immediately

Beautiful home

Great location. Close to Little Italy, and touring/dinner and the water. Looked recently updated and very clean. We loved having two spaces to relax in. I would highly recommend this rental for groups!

Super comfortable stay!

We had 8 extended family members together for 4 days after Disneyland and had a wonderful time at this property! Everything was very clean and well cared for, with comfortable beds and other furniture, 2 hot tubs and lovely yard to enjoy! Hosts were very responsive and helpful. Even though the house is very close to the airport, freeway and train line, it is comfortably quiet inside and we were not disturbed really at all. If we are back in San Diego, would definitely stay here again!

This was a great stay. The views were awesome. The house was clean. The amenities were amazing. We really appreciated being able to play cornhole. We were in an out of the place for a conference and it was an easy central location to traverse from. The hosts were gracious and accommodating. Great Stay

Everything about this place was awesome. Just as described on line. Supper clean, lots of games and very very nice. Had one request and it was granted within a few minutes. My only concern before arriving was the parking situation. There was plenty of parking on the street. We always had a spot almost directly in front of the house. Would definitely book again.

Great hosts - great house

This place was the perfect home base for a recent friends trip to San Diego. The house is very spacious and was thoughtfully stocked with all the accoutrements that we might need during our stay. We had a couple of questions during our visit and the hosts answer via text very promptly. The location is a bit loud with the nearby freeway and airport, but you couldn't ask for a more convenient location to get to the tourist stops and downtown. We would definitely stay here or at another of their properties if we visit San Diego again.

Great family trip to San Diego!

We loved the home- it was perfect for our stay in San Diego. It was great having the 2 separate houses and there were so many activities for the kids. We also enjoyed the view- including the airport. The property was a beautiful spacious property with a lot of activities for kids and Families however the only downside was the location next to the San Diego Airport and also train station which could be a little annoying in the middle of the night but overall I would highly recommend this property

Great place for a large family

We enjoyed our stay very much. Everything was clean and well stocked. We don’t typically cook while we’re on vacation, but if this is something you like doing, the kitchen was well equipped with everything you would do. Beds were comfortable as well as the living room furniture. We were busy while we were here (Padres game,San Diego Zoo, Sea World) but when we were at the house, we were all very comfortable. I appreciated the check in information regarding parking do’s & don’ts. Communication with the owner/team was good. Enjoyed our stay! Definitely recommend.

Perfect vacay location

Super responsive before and during. Worked seemlessly with baby equipment rental company. Property every bit as beautiful as pictures make it look. Accommodation worked great for our 6 adults 6 kids 6&under. Kids loved all the indoor and outdoor games. Another fav activity: watching planes take off and land out of the beautiful picture window overlook. Beautiful views day and night. . Very fast and easy on off freeway and close to attractions. Comfy beds and thirsty towels. DoorDashed meals and Instacarted groceries from Ralph's. All smooth and timely. Loved this accommodation!

Perfect Location

We stayed at the Great Escape 3 for a Marine Graduation. The location was PERFECT. The house was exactly what we needed, we wanted for nothing. It is so nice for extended family to get up in the morning in the same place and visit over coffee, eat in peace and be able to talk to everyone. When we were finally able to bring our Marine home, everyone was able to visit with him and stay up late playing games. This is something we could not do at a hotel. I highly recommend Rental With a View.

Perfect Location

We stayed at the Great Escape 3 for a Marine Graduation. The location was PERFECT. The house was exactly what we needed, we wanted for nothing. It is so nice for extended family to get up in the morning in the same place and visit over coffee, eat in peace and be able to talk to everyone. When we were finally able to bring our Marine home, everyone was able to visit with him and stay up late playing games. This is something we could not do at a hotel. Great House

We booked this house for a group of 11 traveling to San Diego for a birthday party. It was exactly what we needed. The house is a great layout for a big group. It is just as described. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms for everyone. It is very modern and great furniture. It had everything you would expect in a rental house. We loved that each room had a sound machine. The beds were all comfortable and each room's closet had hangers for your clothes. The washer and dryer in unit was also very convenient. It was very centrally located so we were a quick uber from all of the places in San Diego that we wanted to visit and very close to the airport which was convenient. We enjoyed the outdoor space and took advantage of both hot tubs, bags set and fire pit area. It was easy to communicate with the owners and easy instructions to get in the house. Also the check out instructions were so simple which we appreciated. Would definitely recommend this house to anyone that needs a space for a large group. We had a great time!

Blown away!

Adrianne was helpful and thorough in answering all of our questions in advance of our stay. Everything was spot on! Check in was effortless. Property was spotless and welcoming. The amenities and appliances were top notch. Definitely designed for home-away-from-home functionality. Planned out perfectly. The kitchen cabinets had everything you could think of to prepare and serve full family meals. They even provided dishwasher and laundry supplies. Besides plenty of towels, pillows, and extra blankets we discovered beach towels, chairs, toys, and a cooler bag... so off to the beach we went! Jacuzzis were clean and relaxing. We enjoyed the outdoor games and lounge areas which were plentiful. And, yes, the views are great! There were 10 of us and we all wish we could have stayed longer. Even the two kids. The attention to detail and the level of thoughtfulness that went into planning this property was outstanding. Thank you for a wonderful experience!!!
