First time using Vrbo

It was a convenient location, however noise past 10pm, very loud! No AC unit. It was so hot and humid that had to open windows but then the outside noise intensified. Too pricey for what you get. Does not accommodate 4 people, at least not comfortably. Finding parking was challenging. Overall, okay place!

Locked out of apartment - couldn't reach the host

Drove 5 hours with my family (2 children) - to get to a place that I can't get into. Stood outside for an hour trying to reach the host. Ended up having to pay another $800 for a crappy hotel just to find a place to stay. Very unhappy for a first time VRBO customer.
