This home was a perfect location for visiting our son! It had nicely landscaped front and back yards, a gas grill and was within walking distance to the beach and stores. The home was very well equipped—even had a salad spinner! It is situated in a very nice, quiet neighborhood and also provides beach equipment. We hope to stay here the next time we are in Pacific Beach!

Cozy home looked just like the pictures! Location was within walking distance to many eateries and beach. Quiet neighborhood and private backyard was a welcomed plus for our small dog. Parking was great either in front of the house or the back assigned spaces. We would definitely come back to this beautiful vacation home.

We had a fantastic two-week stay at the Diamond Villa with our dog. The home was well-equipped with all the necessities and the backyard was a cozy retreat, complete with a nice Weber grill that made outdoor dining a pleasure. The private parking was super convenient, and the quiet neighborhood made for a peaceful vacation. Its proximity to the beach was a major plus, allowing us to enjoy the ocean often during our stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy a comfortable and relaxing stay in San Diego!

Cannot have been more pleased with our experience. Not only was the rental itself amazing, it had all the amenities needed, with extras like beach chairs and boggie boards etc... Also, the web-browser based app worked great for any questions we had.(arrival, check-out etc...) We'll do it again!

My husband and I were vacationing in San Diego and wanted to stay in a location that was near the beach as well as conveniently located to areas like La Jolla, North Park, and Little Italy/ downtown. This house was great for all of that, was extremely clean, and very cute. Diamond street is in the quiet section of PB, and a short bike ride to the bay and the boardwalk. We loved our stay here!

We stayed here for 6 days & found everything to be of great quality & pretty comfortable. The location is pretty great as the beach, shops & cafes are all walking distance but it's quiet enough to have a restful sleep &/ dine with friends in the massive backyard. Highly recommended.

Just minutes from the beach, house is as shown at the pictures, beautifully furnished and decorated, everything we looked for, may be a lounge chair in the backyard cold be added We called on our first day that the gas fire doesn‘t work but nothing happened

Best of everything! It was absolutely perfect!!! Walk to morning coffee, walk to beach, quiet neighborhood. House was so well equipped with everything you could possibly need! Unbelievably clean, as well. I will be back❤️
