Relaxing Beach House

We had a great stay. The place was really nice and so close to the beach. We also enjoyed it being within walking distance great restaurants and bars. It was a fun weekend hanging with friends.

This rental was perfect for our family. The location was amazing. The only drawback if you can even say it was a drawback and they weren’t knew about it as the parking.

Great time

The house is in a great spot, clean and ready for our stay in San Diego. We had a great family trip and for me the only con is the parking situation. The car we had was difficult to get into the carport so we just did our best to park on the road. We will be back next year and I would rent this house again.

Beautiful Property & Perfect Location

My family, including four teenagers, enjoyed our six night stay at this property. Beautifully appointed place, many amenities and multiple bathrooms make this a fantastic site at Pacific Beach. The location is close to everything and made our stay memorable! Highly recommend!

Loved our stay! The weather was gorgeous so we opened the windows and didnt need the AC. Plenty of space for everyone and it was nice having 3 bathrooms. Kitchen was well stocked. Parking wasnt readily available but we were able to park at the hotel across the street.

Fabulous locale and house.

Fabulous place and location. We came to celebrate our youngest’s graduation and this was the perfect place. 1 1/2 blocks from the sea and close to vibrant beach life and bike rentals. Will hopefully return soon!

Great location and layout

We loved our stay in this house. The location was walkable to lots of restaurants and shops. The house layout was perfect for our family. We had a bigger car so we had to find street parking but that wouldn’t deter us from renting again.

The location of the property was perfect. Parking was a bit of an issue unless you have a smaller car. We had a minivan and couldn’t get out of it if we parked it in the designated car port.

Family vacation

The property was amazing. Plenty of space for our family of 4 to enjoy some time at the beach and relaxing after some long days at the zoo. As others have said, parking is tight, but our rental mini cooper fit just fine. Amenities were well stocked and we had everything we needed.

Fantastic House

Great house, close to the beach. Enjoyed all the shops/restaurants and surprisingly was able to find a parking spot each day on Mission Blvd. Need a tiny car to park at the house.

Classy!

We loved our stay at the York Villa. This place is unique, first class, and was more than we could have asked for. From the accordion window in the main room that opened up to allow the cool breeze to come in to the unique windows on the top level that opened up to keep it cool upstairs. The ocean view from the top balcony was nice while eating breakfast! The furniture and beds were all comfortable and felt new. The bikes, wagon to haul beach items, chairs, paddle boards, etc... were all in great shape and made for easy and fun beach time! We've stayed at several different beach houses over the years but would easily come back to stay here again!

Awesome house close to beach

We stayed at this immaculate, beautiful 3 story house in September 2023. The house was immaculate, and offered plenty of space with bathrooms and TVs on every level. The kitchen is huge with great appliances. In the garage are several Tommy Bahama beach chairs, beach toys, and even stand up paddle boards. This place has everything you need to enjoy a relaxing vacation by Mission Beach. There is even an outdoor shower so when you walk back, you can rinse off before entering the house. Great location too - just steps to the beach, with lots of dining options and surprisingly, it was very quiet at night. There is a patio on the ground level, and a balcony with a small table and chairs on the 3rd floor. We enjoyed sitting out there at night drinking some wine, with the cool ocean breeze. The bathrooms are great too, and the shower in the master bedroom is amazing. We can't say enough great things about our stay at this property, we highly recommend it and hope to be back again next year!
