Stunning Beachfront Property

This property is exactly what is advertised. Prime location right on the mission beach boardwalk. Great location for people watching and steps away from the beach! Our family had an amazing time in this property. Our go to in San Diego from now on

Best location and cleanest house on the boardwalk

We have rented many places over the years and this is by the the best. We will have only rent this house going forward. The owner was amazing, very attentive!! Clean, prime spot!!!

Great location and property

Perfectly situated in between Mission Beach and Pacific Beach and right on the walkway. Beautiful ocean views and great people watching. Park the car and bike or walk everywhere.

Location great. Bit disappointed with missing light bulbs, problem with shower and sliding doors. Emailed management company during stay with no response other than be sure to check out at 10:00. Condo expensive and a bit more attention to details would be appreciated.

Great family getaway

What a fantastic stay!! Our family (4 and 7 year old boys) loved staying right on the beach, waking up every morning to the ocean and watching the sunset at night. There is ample outdoor space - much bigger than other properties. We loved having dinner at the patio table watching the passersby every night. The property is very clean and exactly as pictured. Michael gave us a TON of great recommendations about the area beforehand. We can't wait to come back!

Truly Magical

We could not have imagined a more magical place to stay.Not only is the location ideal, but the house is incredible. We spent mornings and evenings sitting outside enjoying the sunshine, people, and waves. When it got too cold, we headed inside and still got to enjoy the magic due to all of the glass doors and windows. The view … the view! We would stay here again in a heartbeat; pure magic!

nice oceanfront stay

Overall great stay and as advertised. My contact with management was minimal by my choosing, they made everything very easy so I did not need to contact them. The garage is shared and a bit tough to park a larger car in and the lower bunk bed was not comfortable. Otherwise the location is great and the home is nicer than most. Would recommend as long as an adult does not need to sleep on the bunk beds.

Quick holiday break

We’re 3 teens and parents so space is premium, and the kids’ private room with beds for all and their own bath separate from the master bed & bath was awesome. The glass front and actual ‘curbage’ on the Oceanview Path (best people watching anywhere) did not disappoint. Dolphins every morning. Pics on VRBO (accurate) do not tell the whole tale… 24 hours of crashing waves and sea mist. Management was easily reached & left great info / recommendations. Our only minor critique is that at night, the blinds (with interior lights on) are fairly translucent. Overall a great place for us.

Beautiful place, with lots of windows. All the doors did not open like shown in listing. However, there was still more doors and windows that created a beautiful view with nice ocean breeze. Did not see there was AC., but not needed in Sept. Michael was very prompt on helping to return an item left behind. Will stay again!

Gorgeous home, perfect location

My 4 girls and I surprised my husband with a stay for his 40th. The place was awesome! We loved that you can open all of the doors and feel like your living room expanded to the already huge patio. It was clean, spacious, and beautiful. We walked to Belmont, Crystal Pier, and along the bay. We didn’t even have to use the car, which was great. We are already trying to plan our next stay! Thanks for a wonderful weekend.

Fantastic on the strand home (ground floor)

Beautiful view of the ocean & beach Window doors open to the patio The patio opens into the strand walkway Great view of the sunset nightly Two tandem garage parking spots Wonderful ground floor living space. Huge fridge, microwave/oven & gas burners work great! And all cooking supplies & bathroom soaps/shampoo provided Spacious master bedroom. Garage door opens into master bathroom. Guest bedroom has one bed & a bunk bed. Plenty of room for a family of adults. Plenty of extra towels, blankets, sheets & bedding available. Property manager was quick to replace a dead lightbulb and provide laundry detergent pods for shared washer in the garage. Property manager working on broken window shades and outlets. Super location. Family really enjoyed this vacation home! Would definitely stay again.

Absolutely loved this beach house!

What a beautiful beach house to spend 4 days of our spring break in! Everything was wonderful. Checkin process was super easy, the house was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. They had plenty of towels/beach towels, sand toys for our kiddos, nice variety of board games, throw blankets for the couch (which I love). Only thing they could stock more of is spices in the kitchen. We enjoyed making dinners every night and were limited there, not a deal breaker by any means though. The location is just perfect. A quick walk to Belmont park but far enough down from the busyness of it all. We parked the car when we got there and didn’t need to use it for anything. I would absolutely stay here again, we all loved it so much and were sad to leave. I’m going to miss having coffee on that patio in the mornings watching the dolphins! Until next time ☀️
