The Space:
The home is a comfortable one bedroom beach cottage apartment with plenty of outdoor space. There is a full kitchen for cooking, living room for relaxing, small dining area, and separate bedroom and bathroom. Private deck space with two chairs for sipping coffee, and plenty of outdoor dining, relaxing space that is shared with other residents.
Guest Access:
You will have entire private access to the space during your stay. No shared spaces within the apartment. You'll receive a custom four digit smart lock code that will be active during your stay. No keys to juggle!
The Neighborhood:
Pacific Beach is a relaxed neighborhood by the beach, popular with sunbathers and surfers. Trendy bars and casual cafes line the boardwalk, while Mission Boulevard and the surrounding streets are dotted with clothing boutiques, yoga studios and casual drinking spots that draw a young, bar-hopping crowd. Inland, the grassy slope of Kate Sessions Park has sweeping views of the city and San Diego Bay.
Getting Around:
Walker's Paradise with a 93 score from Walkscore.com! Easy access to La Jolla to the North, Mission Beach to the South, and a short drive to the Airport and Gaslamp and everything essential in San Diego. Trader Joe's and all conveniences needed close by. Uber is extremely accessible and inexpensive to everywhere!
Other Things to Note:
Our checkout instructions only ask that you be sure you have all your things, turn everything off, lock the door on your way out, and we'll take care of the rest. We do not ask that you do laundry, dishes, trash etc like many hosts do.

Noise
Our home is intended for relaxing getaways, not rowdy beach parties. Music and other noise is to be kept at an appropriate level and in a manner that is mindful to neighbors. Noise that can be heard 50 feet away from the home is prohibited. Parties of any kind are not allowed.
Occupancy
We strictly adhere to our advertised maximum occupancy levels at each home. No exceptions are made for any reason. The number of guests cannot exceed the listed maximum occupancy for the property.
Move in ready with optimum flexibility: all utilities included - including internet, full kitchen with appliances and all cooking wares. All with flexible terms to suit your specific need.
The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking essentials like pots, pans, and utensils. However, we DO NOT provide cooking oil, plastic wrap, aluminum foil, or laundry detergent. Washer and dryer are shared within the community and are paid via a mobile payment app.
Interaction with Guests:
You will have exclusive access to the cottage space and shared access to the exterior. The deck outside is for your private use. There is a private entrance and exit to the backyard area where there is a BBQ that is for your shared use during your stay.
