Nice location and accommodations

Enjoyed our stay in San Diego. Excellent location for beach access. Near many restaurants and a block from the beach. The condo had pretty everything we needed for a comfortable stay away from home!

Winter Get-Away

The property was as described, actual was smaller than photos looked but plenty of space. The location was great, less than a half block to beach, many restaurants nearby and many San Diego attractions relatively close. The property is an apartment and it was very quiet. My only concern was the bedroom carpet that needed to be cleaned (owner says this will happen immediately) and the reason for a 4 if 5 rating, the rest of the apartment is tile.

Great getaway spot close to the ocean

We had a great little staycation! I especially enjoyed the little extras they provided: coffee, creamer, shampoo and soap in the bathroom. Great little getaway spot!

Great Location!

We loved staying at this property. The house was very clean. There were a few light bulbs burned out, but other lights did the job compensating for it. We were a little bummed there was no air conditioning, but the ceiling fans helped move cool air around at night keeping the unit mostly cool during the day. The parking situation was tricky only because a resident below us kept parking his car right behind our car in the alley, which prevented us from going anywhere, but it got resolved. The property managers were very helpful and kind.

Bachelor party for the boy’s

Slept 4 but was a tight fit overall the people around us were awesome super friendly and the area is what is great walking distance to every good bar/club in pb. Definitely would stay here again it’s good for the price as well can’t beat it had a great time
