Renovated Modern BaySide Condo, 1 block from Mission Bay, Belmont Park, restaurants, rentals, & beach activities

Featuring 1 bedroom with a Queen size bed with room AC, 1 bathroom, comfortable seating in the living area & has a fan, fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances and everything else you would need to prepare a gourmet meal + Separate dining area with comfortable seating.
There is no assigned parking. There are 2 free overnight parking lots close by.
Upstairs unit is also a vacation rental.

Perfect little beach cottage

We loved this adorable condo! Steps from the bay and mission beach, easy walk to pacific beach and wonderfully updated interior. Modern & spacious inside with a lovely courtyard to enjoy the outdoors. Great communication from Vinita & easy check in—we will be back:)
