Lovely one bedroom apartment in the heart of gaslamp quarter. This apartment was quieter than others in the building but still easily accessible up a flight of stairs from the street. The apartment was mostly clean, however dishes were left in the sink and the air conditioners and dishwasher smelled moldy. The air conditioners were also visibly moldy. This was communicated to the property managers on the first day of the booking and they offered to have it cleaned during our stay, however no one ended up coming and the air conditioners remained dank. Free bathroom necessities were kindly provided and the beds were comfortable, however the 2 bedroom description is misleading as the king-sized bedroom was essentially in the kitchen/seating area in the common space. Communication was excellent on-demand, but not particularly proactive or descriptive. Regardless, check in and check out were extremely easy.
