• 1 non-shedding well-trained dog allowed w/ fee. Must be kenneled if left alone. No other pets without Coast approval.
• This is the ground-floor unit of a duplex.
• Like many homes in the area, this property does NOT have AC. Ceiling fans and coastal breezes help cool the home.
• A noise monitoring device is installed in the main living area (no sound recording).
