" This hotel could not have had a better location for visiting San Diego. It is just across from the harbor and a short walk from several attractions. It is also just across the street from a trolley stop. Another convenience of this hotel is that it has three on-site restaurants. We loved the deli. It was a great place for breakfast at a reasonable price. "

"Pamela is very very very rude!!! It seems like she hate everyone around, hate her job. I personally felt so much negative motions by her attitude. I travel often, so I surprised why she works at that hotel and takes someone's place. "
