"The bathrooms needs more upkeep "

"Positives: Beautiful room, beautiful area, beautiful pools and hot tubs. Cleaning services were very responsive and did a great job. Negatives: AC didn't work, but it did provide white noise to drown out my family's snoring. Shower leaked water out and we did our best to have towels down to minimize any damage. Pool was cold during the 4 days we were there. Because of that the hot tubs were over used and needed more cleaning. "

"Terrible! Room smells old and moldy, disgusting. Towels are old yellowed and dirty. Air conditioner doesn't work. Shower head is low, you have to bend down to shower (I'm 5"5). Shower head and water drain was rusted and has mold, handle was falling apart. Very low water pressure and water is not warm enough. Bed and mattress was bad, you can feel the springs inside and can see underneath the bed sheets was really dirty (hair, stains etc). Pillow was bumpy(worse than the $2ones from Walmart. Outside the hotel area/parking lot has some homeless and weirdos. booked 5nights stay, almost cried, I travel quite often and never had a hotel this bad. The only reason I gave 2stars was the location was convenient with restaurants and grocery stores near by and a gas station with 24hours convenient store. The staff seems nice and welcoming but that doesn't help with how bad the hotel itself was. I do NOT recommend this place to stay unless you really have no other options."

"It's was great location for my family vacation. Hasbi and sweet blonde lady working evening shift (can’t remember her name) was very polite and help. "

"Great location and the staff we encountered were extremely helpful and nice. The elevator in the hotel is like amusement ride [scary} and the bathroom in the jr suite was a little small otherwise very nice "

"Book w Expedia, be prepared for additional $18/day " amenities" charge that will not be disclosed until you arrive. "Amenities" : Nespresso brewer, water bottle filler, super basic gym, access to bicycles, access to a walking tour. $18/day."
