「We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Diana! The location was perfect and so convenient for exploring beautiful Lucca. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with such an incredible variety of fresh and tasty choices. And the staff were wonderful—so warm, sweet, and accommodating. They truly made us feel welcome and made our stay even more special. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would happily stay here again. We will definitely be back to Hotel Diana! ❤️」

「very good experience」

「Stairs to rooms on first floor, no elevator, so be prepared to carry luggage up and down. Lovely room with a view of plaza. Very comfortable and secure electronic locks. Safe was locked and unusable . Great location in heart of Lucca. Very clean and comfortable」

「Helpful staff, clean room, great location in the historic town inside the wall but also walkable to the train station. Good value for money.」

「Beautiful converted hotel constructed in the 1700’s. Modern amenities. Like an elevator. Room had spa batch and separate shower. Breakfast had sweets and fresh fruits along with cheeses and assorted meats. No eggs. Room was comfortable. Most important is its location in the middle of Centro storico. Parking was a few steps away. 」

「We booked a small double room but it was very comfortable, and had everything we needed. The staff were very helpful and kindly tolerated my speaking Italian. Breakfast was varied and plentiful with great coffee. And the location was great - a walk from the station and a short walk from the city walls. Thank you」

「The moment we arrived Francesco greeted us warmly. The room was clean, quiet and had a lovely terrace we could enjoy along with onsite parking. The pool while unheated was a great place to relax at. Fabio, the bartender at the bar provide us excellent service and was always working hard. He’s a great representation of what good customer service should be. The breakfast staff at the breakfast buffet also went above and beyond to make sure our coffee orders and food were just right. Thank you to...

「Nice location, beautiful area. Enjoyed our stay」
