「Lovely brand new hotel couldn’t fault a thing - easy to get to from the main motorways arrived very late Friday early hours sat morning the chap on reception was super nice and very friendly .
Swimming pool outside will be lovely in the summer to cold in January . Recommend this hotel .」

「入住的第一印象就很好，櫃檯英文解說速度會刻意放慢讓我們聽懂而不是想草草了事，且有帶我們暸解完整環境設施以及客房位置，停車可停在房間前面(看房型)。周邊環境清幽，風景很好，距離San Gimignano, The Mall和Firenze都不遠。飯店本身有很多TOUR可以預訂，可以先上官網看看有沒有想嘗試的。我們有一晚在 飯店用餐，服務生態度很好，餐點美味！沒有缺點，不過要注意入住時間，櫃檯不是24小時的」

「This property is lovely. The staff were friendly and welcomed me as I arrived around 6:15 pm and offered a glass of wine and a meal. It was nice to have a pool to cool off at the end of the day. Very tranquil. Their wine is also very good. The property pup, Bella, was the cherry on top of the cake. Such a sweet girl. 」
