“Mein Aufenthalt im Sunset Bay war insgesamt in Ordnung, jedoch nichts Besonderes.
Positiv hervorheben möchte ich die Kommunikation über WhatsApp, die stets unkompliziert und schnell verlief. Auch das Servicepersonal war überwiegend freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Leider gab es einige Punkte, die meinen Aufenthalt deutlich beeinträchtigt haben. Der Poolbereich hat mir persönlich nicht besonders gefallen, da er oft sehr voll war und wenig Erholungswert bot. Zudem ist die Anlage sehr hügelig, sodass……

“Property could have been in a better location, the property we were staying at was at another resort across the road. It took them a while to locate our room. My mum has physical disabilities and we did request easy access room, even though they gave us a room with little stairs it was still a challenge for my mum and also the floors were slippery. Apartment was ok, could have been better but the balcony was with a great view.”

“Staff was friendly and welcoming; however, our stay was very disappointing. On our first night, I had to request bedding to make up a bed for my son. Despite booking for three guests, the room only had linens and towels for two. Basic hygiene items were also missing, including hand soap.
The room was poorly maintained. There were orange stains in the bathroom, the sheets were stained, and the sofa bed had dark patches with no provided linens. I tried to overlook this to enjoy our holiday, but……
