Check-in was easy. The room was clean and well-maintained. The bathroom was updated. Staff was exceptional. Truly made you feel welcomed and special. The restaurant attached was excellent. The included breakfast was impressive with its selection. I plan to stay here in the future. Highly recommend.

Stayed here for the first time after it was recommended to me from family members. It was a very comfortable stay, nice rooms, renovated bathroom, and amazing breakfast. The hotel had a pool, mini convenience store, restaurant with bar, and amenities nearby. Staff are friendly although we didn't interact with them very much either than the front desk which was very helpful in booking transportation. I wouldn't consider any other hotel to stay at in the future and will stay here if visiting San Fernando in the future.

The room was clean, and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was excellent, and the dinner menu had a variety of options. We did not use the pool, but it was always clean. Although this is a 3-story building there is no elevator (think carrying luggage). Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

This Hotel being a three-story facility need a better way for people to access their room. The noise level from the units around makes it difficult to rest peaceable. The staff was very friendly, with the little, short coming I will still recommend this Hotel as a good place to stay.

This is a great place with a very friendly staff. The restaurant is good, breakfast is good, the rooms are good! Friendly owner! Because there are no restaurants in the area (only fastfood and take away), the Tradewinds restaurant is well visited and in the evening a great place to stay!

Excellent all around

The Tradewinds (Formely Treehouse) is a really comfortable place to stay. The staff are excellent and nothing is too much trouble. It is ideally located for San Fernando and surrounding area by not being too far from the main roads. Altough it is in a quite location, the security is very good and we were well looked after. The Trellis resturant mirrors the hotel with great staff and good food at resonable prices. We will definitley be back.

Perfect place for a safe and enjoyable vacation! Food, including the complimentary breakfast was top class and comparable to any 5-star restaurants in the US, France, Spain or Singapore. The staff were well mannered, courteous, and willing to do whatever needed to make guests comfortable.. I also enjoyed the welcome goodies from the most famous bakery store in Trinidad. Puff-n-stuff, a true Trini experience. I will go back there in a heartbeat…

Facilities were very clean and plenty of space in the room. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Visible security at the upstairs entrance by the back through the night made me feel very safe. Great choice of food and the standard was very high. Many locals come in to eat which is a sign that the food is great quality. The pool was also very clean and the hotel provides a great taxi driver if needed. Overall a very enjoyable stay
