It's not as advertised. We didn't get the vip perk (free drinks per guest) - no one knew what I was talking about even though I showed them the Expedia website advertisement. I booked this hotel because of the location to the airport, which was about 10 minutes down the freeway.
The website said there was a fire pit, so the kids & I bought marshmallow sticks & s'mores stuff to pass the time while waiting for hubby to land. However, while searching for the fire pit, we were told by staff that it had been removed. Why not update the website? Not even a microwave to make them in the room.
The rooms are filled with rust- my kids wouldn't take a bath in the tub because of the rust. It's also on the walls & around exposed wiring- if you have small children- STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE!
The TV had a line down the center of the screen, but it didn't matter because all the channels were static anyways- no cable, no streaming ability. So we opted to just watch Netflix on the laptop which sucks because I wanted to prep for the school year (on that laptop) while the kids entertained themselves at the fire pit, watching tv or sitting in the spa. Bummer. The beds are firm- REALLY firm. I couldn't sleep on it. & there's a train that goes by blasting it's horn every 20 mins or so. I had a terrible sleep. Breakfast is nice & hot- eggs, toast, bacon, yogurt, potatoes.
Things to note-
$50 hold for damages
$15 parking fee
I wouldn't stay here again. There are others in the area cheaper.
