“The hotel was fantastic. Very quiet, wonderful to be surrounded by nature and only hear birdsong. The staff were very friendly and attentive, the facilities were spotless and there were some nice touches such as complimentary apples, spring water and even a hot water bottle. Great to have no television and the hotel's sustainability scores highly and is to be commended. This hotel deserves to be in the Leading Hotels of the World and we will definitely return.”

“Great hotel with fantastic amenities, including two beautiful pools, a relaxing thermal pool and a stunning infinity pool. There is also plenty of parking available, along with multiple EV charging stations right on the premises. Highly recommend!”

“Our stay at Eisenhut was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the service stood out. The staff was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and helpful. While parking was not onsite, the garage was less than a five-minute walk away. The hotel also provided very clear, helpful instructions to find it. I loved the modern, minimalist design of the hotel. Breakfast was memorable. The quality, presentation, and variety were a daily highlight. It set a high bar for the rest of our trip.

“It would be nice if there’s a refrigerator and coffee maker in the room.”

“very close to the train station and the plaza. the room is sparkling clean.”

“Good location, good service and with nice view at the rooftop restaurant. Big shopping mall with a big supermarket nearby the hotel.”

“Big, clean room but remote from city centre. Nice breakfast!”

“Beautiful hotel. Stunning location. Great pool area lovely terrace for breakfast. Staff were attentive especially Leonie on reception who was very patient with our poor German. She gave lots of useful information and directed when we needed help”
