“Cristiano war ein sehr entspannter und zuvorkommender Gastgeber! Das Haus ist sehr schön und geräumig, perfekt für eine kleine Reise mit mehreren Leuten. Avenale ist ein schöner und ruhiger Ort. Das Internet war nicht besonders schnell, war aber in Ordnung. Zum Einkaufen fährt man gut und gerne 30 Minuten, kann aber auch in dem kleinen Laden nebenan einkaufen. Vielen Dank, Cristiano... Wir haben viel Erfahrung mit Ferienhäusern, aber dass sogar Desinfektionsmittel bereitsteht, haben wir noch nie erlebt. Schon vor unserer Ankunft fühlten wir uns willkommen, denn Egon und Shab haben sich viel Mühe mit einer ausführlichen Beschreibung von sämtlichen Informationen gegeben - vom Check-In angefangen über die Benutzung des Hauses bis hin zu……

Ci sn anche due cavalli per poter cavalcare. La villa con la vista panoramica sul mare e la luna durante la notte rende l'atmosfera ancora piu bella. “This property is fabulous! The gorgeous photos online are exactly what you will find when you arrive. King size beds, modern bathrooms and showers, and beautiful design throughout. The apartments are well stocked and the hosts think of everything to make your stay comfortable. The grounds and pool are amazing and maintained with care, and there are outdoor spaces with new furniture where you can sit and look at the panorama of gorgeous rolling hills. Best hosts we’ve ever had. Highly recommend!”

“Abbiamo soggiornato in 4 adulti e 4 bambini. Casa ben tenuta, grande e in linea con le foto pubblicate. Ci siamo goduti moltissimo la piscina e la zona cucina. Bella settimana immersi nel verde e nella pace. Unica pecca, materassi e cuscini scomodi. ”

“Wir haben eine wundervolle Zeit in der „Casa Oleandra“ in Gualdo verbracht. Die Kommunikation mit Gail war unkompliziert und sie hat immer innerhalb kürzester Zeit geantwortet. Kleine Problemchen wurden sofort und unbürokratisch gelöst.Das Haus bietet wirklich alles, um einen schönen Urlaub zu genießen. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet und alles entspricht den Beschreibungen. Ganz besonders haben wir den tollen Pool genossen, der sehr gepflegt ist und zwei Mal pro Woche gereinigt wurde.Die Lage……

“Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in dieser Villa, die sich als idealer Ort für einen erholsamen Urlaub erwies. Die Ruhe und Schönheit der Umgebung haben uns sofort in den Entspannungsmodus versetzt. Besonders beeindruckend war der große Infinity-Pool, in dem wir viele Stunden verbracht haben, während wir den schönen Blick auf die Landschaft genossen haben.
