“Best location in Cartago for a hotel. Beds are not Marriott but they are clean and rooms are big enough for 3-4 people. The restaurant is good and not very expensive. The breakfast is nice and when they have the outdoor breakfast bar is probably my favorite experience of this hotel. If you’re going to be in Cartago, this is the best place to say. Very reasonably priced. Most of the staff is bilingual in Spanish and English.”

“The Falls had a beautiful, lush jungle setting. The room was clean, and the king bed was very comfortable! The restaurant served delicious food at a reasonable price. We had a complimentary breakfast, which made it a better value! Overall, the convenient location, tropical surroundings, and great staff made our trip exceptional! We highly recommend it and would definitely visit here again!”

“We enjoyed our stay here. Location is fantastic with lots of restaurants nearby. We found more monkeys in the resort than in the rainforest, which the kids enjoyed. Very easy to get to the town Quepos nearby to experience life like the locals do. Depending on the beach you want to go, they are within 3-5 mins drive. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend”

He gave us great recommendations on things to do and places to visit, and after only a couple of interactions, he already remembered our names and room number. That level of attentiveness really shows how much he cares about his guests. Everyone on the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
