On the main floor there is the porch with spectacular views of the beach, a living / dining room and an American kitchen, completely equipped. From the kitchen, there is access to a back yard with laundry area and an outdoor shower. On this floor, there is also a complete bathroom. On the first floor, there are the 3 bedrooms, a family bathroom and another ensuite bathroom. This main bedroom has got its own terrace overlooking the sea.The house is equipped with radiators for the coldest months and ceiling fans in all the rooms, although it has to be said that taking into account the location of the house, it is quite cool and airy even in the Summer months.It has free high speed internet with fibre optic.POOL OPEN FROM THE 15TH OF JUNE TO THE 15TH OF SEPTEMBER. In the very same urbanization there are some cafes and just some meters away there is a small supermarket and some restaurants.Tomás Maestre Marina is less than 4km from the house, in this area there is a Multi Sport Center with tennis, paddle and football courts, and with very complete interior installations, such as a gym with sea views, all the installations can be used by visitors, which can also enjoy the large number of classes like Zumba, Pilates...
