    The kitchen/dining room is fully equipped.
    The location is excellent, just 2 minutes from Exit 777 of the A7 towards Cartagena or Alicante and a 10-minute walk from the Dos Mares shopping centre (which also features cinemas and a leisure area), Carrefour, McDonald’s, KFC, and Lidl.
