Beautiful home and view

Such an awesome home with a fantastic view! The hosts were so accommodating and everything was exactly as pictured. Had such a great time at this home would highly recommend!

Heaven!

We had a group that had stayed at a resort on El Medano beach 15 years ago and this was our reunion. We wanted to be together this time now that the kids were older. After extensive research, we all decided this was the place. Kelly was very helpful and prompt in her responses. Carlos, the property manager, was there to help coordinate whatever we needed. It was extremely rekaxing, the house was cleaned everyday, which allowed us all to just enjoy the trip. We would definitely stay here again!

Summer vacation

The house was beautiful and was perfect for two families. Loved the pool and the ocean view. Carlos is the absolute best, and he helped create a wonderful vacation for us!

Good house

We stayed in the house for 3 weeks with 2 sets of friends. The house works best for 3 couples vs. the 4 we had. The location and views are great. Carlos, the concierge, and Kelly were so great and responsive and helpful. We had chef Ojeda (Renee) come in and cook 3 times and would highly recommend it. We would stay here again.

Paradise

It was a return trip to a fabulous property. Everything about it was absolutely great. The concierge Carlos was wonderful. Sitting at poolside, looking out at the surf, watching the whales breaching . . . If it gets better . . . Not sure where.

Great vacation spot!!

We had 7 people in our group, including one 8yo boy. Everyone had an amazing and relaxing time! The view is absolutely spectacular. We were able to see whales breaching all day long while we relaxed by the pool with a cocktail or read a good book on the upper deck area. There were also a couple adventures we decided to take including a ziplining adventure that was the highlight of my son's trip. What an absolutely perfect week we spent in this house. There was room for everyone to be together or seperate depending on our moods. The house was super clean and the cleaning ladies were a wonderful added luxury. Carlos helped us with anything we needed throughout our stay, and had a smile on his face the whole time. We would choose to stay here again for future vacations to Cabo. Truly a memorable trip for all of us. Thank you Kelly and Cody for opening up your home to us!!

Perfection!

“Perfection” is about the only word I could reasonably use to sum up this property. Everything about it was just exceptional. My wife and I plus a couple of our friends stayed here. The Villa was more than enough space for all of us. The pictures don’t actually do justice to how wonderful this place is! The views from the patios are great. You see plenty of ocean plus the beach, as well as the mountains off in the distance. The pool and pool furniture (with fire pits on either side) were great and got plenty of use. The beds were cozy, the furnishings comfortable. There is ample space (in fact, we didn’t even use the TV room). The house itself is lovely and well appointed. The housekeeper who comes daily keeps the house absolutely spotless. But the best feature was Carlos, the concierge. He is always available via text. I texted him shortly before we arrived to pick up some necessaries. He was there when we arrived with all of our groceries plus some flowers! We ended up not using his services that much, but he was exceptionally helpful and friendly. We rented a car, which made things easier. We spent most of our time in SJDC (we went into CSL for a day before deciding that San José was definitely more our speed). You are very close to El Merkado (which has some excellent restaurants), plus a grocery store, liquor store, etc. Downtown SJDC is a 10-15 min drive. All in all, a wonderful place. We will definitely stay here again next time we are down in Cabo!

Great rental i Cabo

Great location between Cabo and San Jose del Cabo. Beautiful views of the sea of Cortez and great beach area.. Home has all the amenities you need and property manager was very responsive for any question or concerns.

Amazing villa.

My family stayed at Villa Ventanas for a week and it was a great place to stay. Kelly was a super responsive host and Carlos, the house concierge, was so helpful in addressing any issues that popped up and also helped with arranging a private chef who was amazing and any other activities we inquired about! We will definitely be looking at staying here again the next time we come to Cabo.

Beautiful, thoughtfully appointed and well maintained home with a great outdoor space.

This is a perfect get away house for three couples (the fourth 'bedroom' is much better as the tv room). Kelly was a great host and super responsive. Highly recommend this property.

Beautiful and peaceful

What a beautiful property this is! The house is incredible and spacious. We loved the numerous outdoor areas to sit and watch the whales. Carlos is fantastic and took such good care of us and Margarita kept the house immaculate. Would HIGHLY recommend this gorgeous place and hope to return next year! Thank you!

Our trip was nothing short of amazing. Carlos helped book everything we needed and we LOVED swimming in the heated pool each day, cooking in the fully stocked kitchen and working out until the awesome garage gym. 🤩 we will be back and telling all our friends!!

Paradise in Cabo

We had an amazing time at Villa Ventanas! The house was beautifully decorated, the beds were comfortable, and the views were breathtaking. The pool and outdoor area were our favorite places to hang out and enjoy listening to the ocean. It was everyone's first time coming to Cabo, and Carlos, the house manager, made sure we were taken care of from our arrival until we had to leave. 10 out of 10 stars, we will definitely be back!

Cabo golf trip

Great place to vacation! Kelly was very easy to work with. She responded to my emails quickly and was very informative. Carlos was awesome! He gave us a tour of the house and hooked us up with whatever we needed anytime. Great recommendation for Chef Rene! I would recommend this place to have a nice getaway/vacation.

home away from home

The house is very well equipped with everything we need during our stay. The location is ideal, easy to get to Cabo. San Jose del Cabo and adjacent areas for activities, dining, shopping. The El Makado across the street was a life saver for our first night as it offered choices for a hangry group with teenagers and adults :-) Kelly is a very attentive and available host. We appreciated the welcome flowers and fruits bowl.

Easter Break

Carlos was awesome and timely to respond to our questions! Great location to beaches that are swimmable and have snorkel spots! Close proximity to shopping and excellent restaurants! Beds very comfortable. A few minor housekeeping updates like sliders, light fixtures, beach key card would have given 5 stars. Whales a plenty from your amazing view!

Fabulous Time

Amazing. Proves you do not need to leave North America to have a magical experience. Our granddaughter was miserable for two days when she went home. Our kids loved it. On the 2nd week we had some fabulous “us” time.

Absolutely perfect!

The villa is very well maintained and has everything you need for pure relaxation. Housekeeper Sonia is extremely nice and helpful. The view from the pool and especially from the 2nd floor balcony is breathtaking. The location couldn't be better with a new supermarket across the road from the community and a gorgeous private beach just around the corner. And, on the top of all that, Kelly is the nicest and the most gracious host we've met in our life! This villa is a real gem!

Top notch service with Carlos

As our family has expanded we needed a larger accommodation. We found our golden gem in Rancho Cerra Colorado. The wait staff and manager were so sweet and helpful. Carlos you out did yourself when you brought to us our amazing chefs for our dinners. Not only were the meals spectacular but the chefs and there wives were delightful to be with and we made née friendships! The views were beautiful, house perfect, we will be coming back!
