Just an overnight stop for me - as I was on an early flight from SanFran the next day. Good location, easy to find and my room was quiet & comfortable. Nice people and a warm welcome too. Much less expensive than staying closer to the airport… took only 45 minutes to drive there. I'd happily stay at this property again.

The service was great in that we asked for new pillowcases (because there was hair on them) and someone came immediately to give us new pillowcases. She then asked if we wanted new sheets and I said yes. She came back immediately with new sheets. As she was changing the sheets, I saw a stain of human bodily fluid origin. There was also signs in the room that it was not cleaned prior to us entering the room (hair on the floor and in the bed, pillows were smashed, mess on the bedspread, base boards were molding), there was a human smell. There were signs everywhere that no refunds would be given under any circumstances. As a result, we just left and went to another hotel at 8pm.

Their professionalism and friendliness created a welcoming and comforting atmosphere. I truly felt like a valued guest. If you're looking for a quiet place, I'm not sure this is it. There were people in the hallway at all hours including some intoxicated females at 4:00am. I think people stay there long term. No lobby, just a window. Parking is fine. Mattress is not the greatest. It served the purpose of a bed for the night, but overall I was disappointed and won't stay there again. Microwave and mini fridge in the room makes it nice if you're stayinh a few days. Other than that, I'll stick to larger chains.

I did not have any problems with the room or stay. The hotel is located in a area that is lower income and you can see from the security measures you need to be careful in this neighborhood. The staff was fine, they do no have a lobby but you pay through an outside security window.

Do NOT stay here. Rundown motel is in a very unsafe area. Rooms are very old, smell, bad mattresses, lamps don’t work. For the price you could stay somewhere much nicer. When I arrived there were people fighting in the parking lot. DO NOT STAY HERE!

The room was dirty, the shower had string and hair in it, and the walls and furniture were damaged and dirty. The staff was friendly but the hotel is not maintained well.

Bad from the start. The credit card machine was malfunctioning at check in. This hotel has no elevator. The room had the look of multiple half baked repair and maintenance issues 80% finished. Chipped or missing paint, old furniture, hole in the wall at the shower head. Worst, cold water in the morning shower.

Casa royal inn

My stay at casa Royal was very pleasant, as soon as checking the staff went above and beyond to accommodate me with early checking. Super friendly. Room was clean and above all it was very saved. I highly recommend it.
