Nice quiet safe community and easy parking. The apartment itself was quite dirty looks as if they have forgotten to clean for a while and the explanation from the property owner was just simply “We don’t do deep cleaning for those that stay for only a few days and that’s why the cleaning fee is low”. So for those of you who are interested in saving some money and skip cleaning service this is definitely the place. We came back to this complex because we were so happy with our previous stay at a different home but will never again after this time.

Perfect location to stay to attend a 49ers game!
Property was perfect for a long weekend stay for 2 couples. Only critique is that the general entry access code and instructions that were provided to enter the building were inaccurate and incomplete so getting in was a little frustrating, luckily a couple of residents let us in.

Nice home.
Very nice home. The beds could use a little softness, maybe a foam bed pad would help, extra pillows and more cooking pans and cookie sheets to make the stay better.. But otherwise a very nice place. Communication was on-point, the pool and hot tub were a nice addition. Centrally located to the attractions we came to San Jose to enjoy! Highly recommended!

Spacious apartment with fantastic renters
The entire process was simple and quick to check in. The parking is good as you have multiple options to choose from. The decor is modern and cute. The apartment is so spacious and clean. 10/10 would recommend and will stay again!
