This hotel was worse than terrible. It was dirty, smelly, and completely misrepresented. The photos on Expedia are clearly filtered and do not reflect the actual condition of the property. I have photos that prove how filthy and unsafe this place is, and I will post them if the platform allows it.
The toilets were old, yellow, and visibly dirty. The room door did not even fit the frame properly—the top was open, and the bottom of the door was smaller than the frame, making the room feel extremely unsafe.
I arrived on December 11, 2025, and left the same day—within 30 minutes of checking in—because the conditions were unacceptable and unsafe. We did not stay at the hotel at all.
I requested a refund, but it was refused by the hotel. I sent the photos to Expedia so they could see the true condition of this place, yet I was told that the hotel still refused to issue a refund.
I have traveled the world and have used Expedia for all my trips, but I have never experienced anything this terrible. This is by far the worst hotel I have ever encountered. Expedia should be aware of the quality of this property, as it should not be listed in its current condition.
