The front desk staff provides terrible service over the phone, and the manager is incapable of resolving any issues. Therefore, I advise anyone who experiences unprofessional service from the front desk to push back immediately. The rooms and location are fine, but I suggest that the hotel staff receive professional training. If you don't want to work at the front desk, you shouldn't do it at all.

The price was affordable. The accommodations were fair. The location was right next to the freeway, which was a plus and a minus. The room layouts were fine. The mattresses were spring and were sunk in some spots and the bathroom vent in our room didn’t work. Would come back here again, but could be better.

Bed was very uncomfortable couldn’t sleep. You could feel the springs. I was better off sleeping on the floor. Definitely need new mattresses. The service was great though.

It was an OK stay

It was nice and comfortable for the price we paid clean showerhead on shower was broken when we took a shower. Water went everywhere on the floor for three people. They only gave us two bars of tiny soap, no shampoo, no conditioner, no lotion other than that it was an OK stay

There is nothing special about this hotel. Its cheap and pet friendly but the cleanliness is not great, there wasnt any bugs. Walls are thin so you hear everyone around you, pillows and mattress are flat and uncomfortable. Everything else was fine, its a normal hotel room
