「The location is wonderful, everything is very clean and beautiful. The restaurant is fabulous, and the staff was all very kind and friendly. The only downside was the "tech" part. The first day the heating didn't work, the wifi was poor in the ground floor rooms and to get the password we always had to run to reception, the safe didn't have batteries the first day and the second some electrical contact always made it activate so at night we had to open it and remove the batteries because it...

「It is a quaint historical, three storey hacienda that could do with an upgrade. Very limited electrical outlets in the rooms and bedding is quite worn. Location is very good with walking distance to Zocalo, Cathedral,Templo de Santo Domingo and the three vehicle free walking streets of restaurants, shops, bars and bakeries. Be sure to save a lot of time to peruse the artisans markets (100's) around the Templo de Santo Domingo.」
