“The pool is amazing and beach combing relaxing.”

“House is perfectly located on a clean family friendly beach with fun waves out back. The house is clean and roomy with a clean and functional back yard including a pool. The pool is nice to cool down in after coming back from beach and or a surf. We were able to grill out on the new terrace on the side of the home which was perfect for a evening at the house. The three large bedrooms with each one having its own bathroom upstiars is optimal for families and or friends to stay in comfort and……

“For reference we stayed in Atenas Costa Rica April 14th through April 19th. The house is gorgeous, and the view from the backyard is stunning. On two separate occasions toucans came to the tree in the backyard to feed on the berries. We also had 6 head of cows/ bulls wander up one morning while we enjoyed coffee on the back porch. The late afternoons did get warm, but we just cooled off in the pool. We did not see any rain while we were there. The nights do cool down, but was still a little……

“Close to the beach, lovely pool, safe and comfortable house for all ages”

“For our second week in Costa Rica, we chose this home in Atenas. The photos do not do it justice- it is such a wonderful and relaxing retreat. The private pool and outdoor shower allowed a connection no nature. Hammock and hanging chairs, lush landscaping, toucans…. Just too much to mention. We will return to this special place. Lizz did massages on the breezeway our last day to the sound of rain and the birds. Communication was excellent.”

“Stayed at Hidden Paradise 2 nights at the end of our trip. Home as described. Easy check in/responsive host. Even had sleeper sofa that was comfy. Beautiful backyard area with pool/fruit trees/numerous lounge areas/dining table/nice grill.”

“The View, the View, the view. Beds and living space were comfortable and first rate. Not only was it a great leap off point to many awesome adventures, it was very comfortable just to relax, listen to birds and waves. (Challenges, no coffee filters, ice maker, hot water in showers works but runs out if more than one shower is in use, or washer. Dryer was not working but Manuel sent a fix it person right away) ”

“House was great for our family. Good staff with housekeeper and security. Rated 4 stars due to non operating dishwasher. We wound up doing dishes most nights as we did not want to leave them overnight for housekeeper next day. Concerned about attracting pests.”

“TV in master bedroom is the only tv. Wall sconce lights were mostly inoperable”

“A great place to relax and enjoy the mountains. Plenty of room to spread out with hammocks out back. Had a BBQ for the family at the pool house and the 3-year-olds really liked the small pool with the fountain. Will stay again on next trip.”

“Entire vacation was fantastic. Host / owner and staff could not of been more friendly. Location on the beach, two buildings with multiple bedrooms, common gathering areas and pool made this vacation a huge success for my six buddies and me. The location was very close to the adult activity, casino, stores and restaurants. Special thanks to the property staff. They worked hard and always seemed to have a smile and positive attitude.”
