They should implement a better power outage back up plan … great people and staff but the owners should think about getting a better system . Not cool to get dress in the in the middles of heat and dark with a stream of cold water for a shower 😓

the tv didnt work and the manager stated he would come take a look but never did, the shower dripped water so i couldnt take a shower before my flight, the sink didnt drain, there was no one available to help carry luggage up several flights of stairs. i would not recommend this hotel. the family owns 4 more in the area so be careful

It was a cleanly and safe atmosphere. The hotel itself was different as we removed to a hotel just up the road. The room had a bit of an odd layout, but it served its purpose!

The property was closed for renovations. I called earlier that week. No one had let me know so then when we got dropped off and it was closed, we had to walk around the corner to a sister property.. the sister property had a very nice staff, but not the room that we were looking for.

The place is a family style hotel. Eddy at the front desk is great and very welcoming. He is always eager and willing to answer any questions you may have. It is located in a great and very accessible area. This hotel is very old school and is a good place to just put your head down and shower since it is very small. Although we were given one of the biggest rooms it wasn’t as spacious for two people so keep that in mind when booking. Other than that we enjoyed our stay here.

It was stink it smelled like wet rug and mold even opening up the window did not air out the Oder, pillow cases had mold from water dropping stains my $300 Mackage jacket was damaged from hanging it in the closet at my exit the back was all stained up looking as if there was a leak in the closet as well. Upon arrival the stay was not at casa del caribe inn that was an abandoned location we was then taken to another spot called canario boutique hotel that was false advertisement from the beginning right there.

Eddy was the absolute best! Got a call upon arrival to let us know we would be staying at the sister hotel because this one is under renovations. Our toilet wasn’t working right when we arrived so he gave us a different room ( upgraded). He was so extremely friendly and it became the highlight of our days to hangout with him in the lobby! Made sure we were happy with our experience at the hotel and even walked us to la placita at night to make sure we made it safely! Would absolutely come back! Thanks so much Eddy!
