BLOWN AWAY!

I loved everything about this space. Cathedral ceilings, historical Spanish district and architecture, walking distance to eateries, cruise terminal, and activities. The modern decor, the natural cool temperatures inside the space were phenomenal. The balcony at night was top tier for a glass of Wine while people watching. Even the shower had perfect hot water! If you go, check out indoor oasis in the building on the 2nd floor. It’s not mentioned in the listing, but it should be! Highly recommend!

This property was the worst I’ve ever stayed at. We had no water for 2 days and the keypad lock broke on our door so we couldn’t get in at 11 at night. Overall I don’t recommend anyone stay here.

Nice apartment in a very convenient location

Pros: The apartment was as shown in photos. Safe and secure building and room. Located in a great location, all areas of Old San Juan within walking range. Having the elevator was very nice, especially after a long day of walking and imbibing. Coolers, and ice packs, were very handy for beach day. Cons: no area in the shower to actually place things...just a very narrow wooden window ledge that will surely rot with all the water exposure. The secondary entrance, the rod iron gate, is in desperate need of WD-40. Neutral: The streets of Old San Juan are loud at all hours, but playing pink noise while sleeping helps tremendously.

It SUCKED, with a CAPITAL S but let me tell you why: the pictures are so deceiving, and it is false advertising at its finest! It smelled like feet, the cleaning crew is underrated and sloppy, (I left it cleaner than what was delivered to us), if you are going to have a balcony, at least mop the floor, so many fixes that are not fixed, the bed, HA!, horrible, and the table is bigger than the entire island of Puerto Rico. You kept our money, but it is the last time it will ever happen. Even if the room was free and Ricky Martin and Marc Anthony were included in the room, the answer is NO! As yourselves, would you stay there? At least we can say that we stayed in El Viejo San Juan and cross it off our bucket list but never, ever, ever, ever again. I am now and forever will be a Hilton kind of girl.

Great space in a great place

Apartment was clean and spacious. The location was great. We were near lots of shops and restaurants. Is wasn’t too loud or too quiet, just right. All the sites we wanted to see in Old San Juan were within walking distance. Host was great! Very responsive. We had a great time.

Historic apartment

The apartment was as described and in a prime location in old San Juan. Air conditioning worked well and we enjoyed the balcony. Kitchen had the needed amenities and bed was comfortable.

Perfect location

Excellent bedroom and balcony overlooking the plaza. There was a bit of street noise at night but not too bad. Lots of nice restaurants very close by

Wonderful spot, beautiful balcony n views. Great location!

Cute and clean place to stay. Comfortable bed, clean sheets. Kitchen had everything we needed for a two night stay. Room was nice and cool w air-conditioning. Walking distance from parking garage, fort and tons of fun bars. Beautiful place to stay. No complaints. Manager Joselyn was very attentive and helpful when we reached out. Thank you for sharing such an authentic place with us.

The not so quiet enchanted suite

The apartment is located in the heart of old San Juan. Wonderful location for stepping out and exploring the beautiful historic city. The noise level is rather loud and around the clock. Overall the amenities are what you would expect for the price range. The bed was comfortable and the space was cozy. We had a wonderful experience minus the noise level when were trying to sleep.
