Welcome to a stately residence where the first and second floors unfold into four distinct apartment units, each designed for modern living and comfort. The ground floor hosts two beautifully appointed apartments, each featuring a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and two inviting bedrooms. With two full bathrooms and a convenient half bathroom in each unit, these spaces are crafted for seamless living.

Ascend to the second floor to discover two additional apartments mirroring the luxurious design of their counterparts below. Here, you'll find an additional set of inviting living rooms, well-appointed kitchens, and two more cozy bedrooms in each unit. With the convenience of two full bathrooms and a half bathroom, each apartment on the second floor provides a perfect blend of functionality and sophistication.

We serve a light continental breakfast daily in our common area upstairs. We also have a rooftop deck with a sweet plunge pool and peekaboo ocean view. Our 3rd floor balcony boasts a hammock and additional seating. Our intimate side yard filled with twinkling lights, tables and candles provides yet another outdoor space for your morning coffee or enjoying a cocktail outside.

Wedding stay in PR

Rented entire pink house. Nice and clean and cute apartments! Most of the wedding party and family stayed here for daughter’s wedding. Love how close it is to Gusto’s coffee and walkable to other places
