Our room was in a corner with a view of the back of a church and a garbage pick up. The ac sounded like a B-52 bomber taking off, the tub didn't drain properly and when I called twice for assistance no one answered the phone. We loved the neighborhood but with the building under renovations we could not access the rooftop terrace or the gym. All in all I would be remiss to give this stay more than just ok.

I am glad they are making upgrades, but I paid for a stay with the understanding I would have access to a laundry room, gym, and loft dining. All were closed and there was no indication on their site or through expedia that those amenities were not available. Also, the $19 over night parking is a joke. Its a gated area across the streer. They don't always open it for you. We got to the point that my husband or I would stand at the desk and wait for the other to go to the car, just to make sure the attendant at the desk would open the gate for entering AND exiting. Hot water is limited. Good locationn for walking to places and short drive to Old San Juan.

This hotel was average. The picture definitely gives it more justice than in person. I looked out my window straight across to another very close building where others resided so I kept my curtains closed. The hotel’s hot water got cool/cold within 2 minutes of stepping in the shower. The room was average. The area was a great area. Walking distance to lots of things and safe. I think that is why the rating is so high. I was surprised by the rating after arriving. The bed is ok! The hotel bar was closed because they don’t have an employee to work it; however, there are several within walking distance. The staff was polite and friendly! There are two-24 hour restaurant’s across the street. One is a pizza spot and the other is other types of food, but it was good. Hope this helped.

The building is very old, the bath tubs are clogged, when you shower before you finish the tab is full of water as the drainage system is almost like not workin. Won’t recommend it for those who loves nice bathrooms.

Nice boutique hotel, very clean, cordial staff, good location in Miramar. Great breakfast spot across the street. They should put an iron and ironing board in every room so guests don’t have to wait while they find one. Otherwise, a great value for the money to stay in San Juan

Room- we requested for bathtub to be fixed several times, it was never fixed. I wanted to request for a special surprise for my wife and I anniversary, however I was told they did not do that by a male representative, however, when we got there the female staffer said they could have done it for us. Other than this, most of the staff was great, specially Laura, went above and beyond for us and we were thankful for her and her hospitality.
