This apartment is designed for luxury and comfort, accommodating up to four guests.



Bedrooms: The master bedroom features a king-sized bed and a generous walk-in closet, while the second bedroom offers a cozy queen bed.



Living Space: You'll find two separate living areas, providing ample space for relaxation and entertainment.



Kitchen & Dining: A full kitchen, equipped for any culinary enthusiast, and an elegant dining room are perfect for memorable meals.



Bathrooms: The apartment includes two beautifully appointed bathrooms.



Balcony: Step out onto your private balcony to enjoy breathtaking beachfront views.



Guest Access:

The complex offers direct beach access, with jet ski rentals available right on the sand. While the pool is currently undergoing renovations.



Our location is incredibly convenient:



8 minutes from the airport

5 minutes from the vibrant Condado district

10 minutes from historic Old San Juan



Whether you prefer walking, using scooters, or taking Uber, getting around the local area is easy. For exploring further away, such as Rincón or Aguadilla, renting a car is a great option.



Please note: The parking garage has a low ceiling, so trucks and tall cars will not fit.



Important Information:



Building Renovations: The ESJ building is undergoing renovations. There may be intermittent noise from workers on weekdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.



Supplies: The reservation includes an initial supply of one roll of paper towels and two rolls per bathroom. Additional supplies can be purchased at nearby pharmacies and supermarkets.



Other Things to Note:

Please be advised that the building is undergoing construction on weekdays from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Hallways and common areas may also be affected. As this is a building-wide project beyond our control, we kindly ask that you take this into consideration before booking to avoid any inconvenience during your stay. We wanted to inform you in advance so you can plan your daytime activities accordingly.



Security Deposit Policy: To ensure the property remains in top condition, a $200 refundable deposit is required. By confirming your reservation, you agree to the following:



* Payment: A team member will contact you to arrange payment 5 days prior to your arrival. This is mandatory for check-in; instructions will not be released until it is settled.



* Refund Process: Our team requires time to conduct a thorough inspection and finalize maintenance reports after your check out, which is why we disclose a 7 to 14 business day window for refunds.



* Finalization: We will contact you once the refund is processed. The full amount will be returned provided there are no damages or rule violations. In the event of any incidentals, you will receive a detailed summary of deductions. Thank you for your cooperation.

We consider an item damaged if it falls into any of the following categories:



Furniture & Fixtures: Any broken, missing, or structural damage to furniture wit hin the apartment.

Linens & Textiles: Any permanent stains, tears, or damage to towels, bedding, or other household linens.



🐾 PET POLICY: Our property is strictly pet-free due to guest allergy protocols. We only welcome certified Service Animals. Guests traveling with a Service Animal must provide official documentation prior to check-in. Standard pets or emotional support animals are not permitted.



Our support team is available until 11:00 PM. While you can still check in after this time, please be aware that we will have limited staff available to assist you until the following morning.
