I loved everything about the stay! It was a rough beginning as instructions were not sent on how to checkin. I had to call twice before receiving a call back with instructions which was very stressing especially after traveling for 9 hours.There isn’t any assigned parking so you would have to park on the street. (We had no issue finding parking for most of our stay) Other than that everything was great! Location was perfect and close to everything! There was a great little coffee shop about 3 minutes walking. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The inside space was also very big! It was clean and the a/c worked amazing which was a necessity with this weather. Great little kitchen stocked with all your kitchen needs. I would definitely consider staying here again!

I didn’t receive the code to get the key or into the apartment on time, Kyara was impossible to get a hold of and didn’t answer any of my queations. A lovely man who was already there helped me get into contact with Otium. I tried Otium and a local number I was given multiple times with no success. Besides this problem, the apartment was great, area was safe, dining options were incredible. Met a lot of really wonderful fun people. If you want to stay in non tourist area this was a great option.

We enjoyed our cute little apartment. It had exactly what we needed. Bonus that they had a cooler, beach chairs and towels we could use. It’s not in a tourist area, and parking is a little tough to find but it was clean, quiet, and air con was great. Bathroom was clean with decent water pressure and warm water. Our only issue was trying to communicate to get some water when we lost power.

El apartamento está muy bien sin embargo la experiencia de llegada fue terrible nunca nos enviaron el código para recoger las llaves , no respondían mensajes ni teléfono . Esperamos afuera por casi un hora hasta que un inquilino nos hizo el favor de contactar al administrador de igual manera para devolver las llaves a la salida el código era incorrecto. Deberían tener más cuidado por un momento pensamos que nos habían estafado

We had a really nice stay here. The building felt secure, there was an extra gate at the front which was nice. The area itself was okay, some locals said it's not the best area but we didn't experience any issues. Kitchen had everything we needed in terms of utensils/pans etc.. The beach chairs and towels were a really convenient touch since we we're traveling from Canada. We would stay here again.

Great place to stay. We may plan on staying again, however there is extremely limited parking. Area seems run-down however after acclimating to the island, you realize the historical value of such areas. Surrounding businesses and people are extremely friendly and welcoming. Will stay here aging in the future.

I do NOT recommend staying here. There were bed bugs in the bed, the ac was broken and there was no blanket for the sofa so my friend had to sleep without a blanket. It was also extremely loud outside and no where to park. I’ve been waiting on a refund and still nothing.
