Puerto Rico Vacation

Overall the condo was comfortable. We were a family of 7 adults on this trip. The views and beach access was great. Having the Marriott Courtyard next door was an added bonus for breakfast, dinner and gambling.The condo could use some updating, and definitely should provide more than one role of toilet paper per bathroom.

Disappointing Experience, Not Worth the Price

We stayed here for two nights with a group of 9. While the location was great (right on the beach), several issues made our stay uncomfortable.First, we didn’t receive check-in instructions until I followed up multiple times. The parking situation was also unclear—the listing didn’t mention only one permit was available for the property. We had two vehicles, and though the security lady was kind and allowed us to park, this should have been addressed in the listing.The bedrooms were smaller than expected, and one had a furnace that was very loud when the AC ran. The furnace had exposed pipes that were disconnected, causing a water leak. Our clothes and important documents got wet because there was no secure place to store our items. The small and light cabinet provided was unusable. I temporarily fixed the pipes, but it needs a proper repair.One bathroom smelled strongly of mold and sewage, and the bathrooms lacked basic toiletries.I contacted the host about the leak but didn’t receive a response. Considering the price, this property didn’t meet expectations. We hope the host takes this feedback seriously to improve future stays.
