Santurce Urban lodge (SUL) is the perfect vacation rental if you are looking for a newly renovated yet sophisticated urban place to stay in the heart of the city of SJ, PR. This accommodation represents an excellent alternative for those who appreciate having more privacy and personal space, as well as convenience. Perfect for a couple seeking to explore and enjoy what this urban and trendy area has to offer.

The Gardenia is a 1 bedroom apartment located on the 2nd floor inside Santurce Urban Lodge, where you can always spend the day at our beautiful shared property rooftop with a plunge pool included. Fully renovated with a fully equipped kitchen, spacious and comfortable lounging area. It includes AC within the entire apartment, Smart TV, and Wifi.

A welcome letter containing details about the apartment stay, such as the room code, will be sent through the platform at 3pm on the day of check in. We are totally self check in. The entire apartment is for 2 guest to use.

Guests can access our rooftop with plunge pool and Bbq area.
Also we have on Premise The 787 Coffee shop with excellent coffee , pastries, juices and goodies.

SUL offers free shuttle in our customized golf car to Kings Court Beach in Condado. By request only.

Check-in time is at 4:00 pm
Check-out time is at 11:00 am

NO SMOKING: Smoking is strictly prohibited. A smoking fee of $500 will be charged if violated.

Free available parking on premise for those who rent a car.

Pool opens from 9am to 6pm.

Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 10 am, No parties or noisy rooms allowed.

For stays longer than 2 weeks, a cleaning fee of $90 will be added.

The SUL complex guarantees uninterrupted electricity and water service by offering a backup generator and water tank, ensuring your stay is always comfortable.

With 24-hour security, SUL ensures that your stay is safe and comfortable.

The management provides essential starter items for your stay, including travel-sized soaps. For kitchens and Kitchenettes, one dish sponge and one bottle of dish soap are provided. Additionally, there are two towels per guest and one beach towel per guest. Each bathroom is stocked with two rolls of toilet paper.

The host will not pay for a hotel, vacation rental, or transportation expenses incurred because of an interruption in water or electrical service. If water or electricity is interrupted for more than 4 hours, guests have the option of canceling their reservation and requesting a partial refund for the nights not used.
Under no circumstances will we refund consumed nights or due to situations beyond our control.

Maximum occupancy of 2 adults at all times. Occupancy is strictly enforced and exceeding it may result in immediate cancellation of booking or being expelled from the property.

Towels and linens must only be used for their intended purpose. Do not stain them with food, grease, or any other substance. Do not use towels to clean up any mess. Stained towels/linens will be charged.

Do not hang towels from the windows. A $25 fine may be applied if you break this rule.
