Just what we needed!!

Far from the water and resort entrance

The apartment was spacious, well appointed, and beautifully furnished, but we had some issues with the property. First, one of the rooms is not a true bedroom since it had no closet and was a pass through for the master (hence no real privacy). There was a power outage, and although the complex has a generator, we did not have internet for 3 days and the refrigerator broke down and did not cool properly so we lost some food we had purchased. We had to leave a day early as a result. The bathtubs drained very slowly. One of the ceiling fans in the balcony lost a blade. Thankfully, we were all inside at the time so nobody got hurt. Finally, the location is far from the ocean and facilities. When we booked, we understood we would be able to rent the golf cart for an additional fee. The manager initially said he would charge us through VRBO but never did, and instead told us the day of checkin that they were no longer renting the golf cart. Given the distance to the beach, the golf cart is a necessity.

Great home, excellent customer service!

The pictures really don’t do this place justice. The villa is beautifully decorated. The beds are all comfortable. There is a king size bed in the master plus a daybed/couch, two double beds in another room and 2 daybeds in the other room which sleeps 4. The place was clean and had everything necessary to cook and feed a family of 7 like ours. AC worked great, and there were TV’s in the master and living rooms. There was a washer and dryer in the unit. There’s access to a pool perfect for kids nearby as well. Easy access to the beach on the resort. El Yunque Rainforest is right outside the resort 5 minutes away and Luquillo Beach is 10 minutes away. The villa sits up high on the property so there is a view of the ocean way off in the distance which can be seen from the master which was a bonus. Lastly, we had an issue with our car rental the first night and figured we would just Uber around until it was revolved. Uber will drop you at the resort from the airport but once you’re at the resort Uber is not a reliable option. This can be a big problem when you have a family to feed and no way to get around to get food. I called Carlos to explain the situation and he immediately had his assistant take us to a restaurant to have dinner and then she took us back to the airport the next morning to pick up our car rental. The customer service was A1. He made us feel at home and taken care of. Without Carlos’ hospitality, that first night could have had us off to a rough start. Love this place and will be back.

Great unit in one of the best resorts in PR

I am originally from Puerto Rico and visit the island to see my family multiple times a year. I have rented many places in Puerto Rico and this villa is by far the best I've stayed at so far. The unit is spacious and had everything our family needed for our week long stay. Carlos is a great host and very responsive. I highly recommend this villa and would rent it again.

Beautiful and comfortable Condo!

We just stayed here for 6 nights and it was a beautifully decorated, clean and spacious condo. The owner, Carlos was quick to respond to any questions and he sent me a 4 page check in sheet that listed a lot of answers to questions about the condo and the surrounding properties and listed some suggestions on where to dine out. We could cook comfortably when we wanted to and having 3 bathrooms was a perk for 6 people! You do have to walk through bedroom #2 to get to the master but it wasn't an issue for us. We loved sitting on the balcony in the morning or late evening just enjoying the view. If I had to make one suggestion it would be what others have commented on- maybe a drip coffee maker. It's more of an American thing, I know. Enjoyed making coffee the Puerto Rican way on the stove but with 6 people it took a lot of time. Other than that, it was a lovely experience and I would definitely rent here again!

Amazing Condo

This condo is beautiful! New and modern furniture has everything you need from beach chairs, umbrellas, towels and full kitchen. Very comfortable beds loved having washer and dryer. I highly recommend staying here. Thank you Carlos for everything.

Great view!!! Awesome place!!

There were 10 adults in this great spacious place with a beautiful ocean view. We spent a lot of time in the balcony or by the nearby pool. Owner was easy to work with and very responsive.

Great vacation with family and friends

Our group of 6 had a relaxing and enjoyable stay here. The condo was very comfortable, clean, and well decorated, and Carlos was very responsive. We appreciated very much the beach chairs, umbrellas, towels and cooler and the 3 year-old in our group enjoyed the beach toys that came with it. The location is about 1 mile from the beach, a little far to walk but we had a rental car so it wasn't an issue. The pool down near the beach was also very nice.

My family and I enjoyed our stay very much.

I was disappointed in the lack of communication with the owner. I reached out to him regarding some issues (small issues), we noted the moment we arrived to the villa. Otherwise, the property itself was amazing. Definitely some noticeable wear and tear but comfortable with all the amenities a family May need. My only suggestion would be to provide guests with an iron, ironing board, and with a conventional coffee maker. Overall it was an amazing stay and I, with no hesitation, would book this very same villa again.

Beautiful Condo

This condo was spotless and decorated beautifully. The beds were so comfortable and you can tell great care was taken of this condo. The appliances need some attention: the ice maker and water in the fridge weren’t working, and the dishwasher wasn’t anchored to the cabinet so it fell over when you opened it. Overall, a wonderful stay and great communication with the owner/manager. He was super responsive and quick to respond to anything we needed.

Peaceful villa with an awesome view of the oceon!

This is a cozy yet spacious apartment, comfortable and perfect for a family of 10 . It has modern decorations, and is located in a very peaceful and quite place overlooking the ocean. The unit is literally across from the complex pool. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking and serving meals for 7 guests, yet, I would recommend to include a toaster oven, and for the coffee drinkers, a 10 cup coffee maker, since the one provided in the unit is an espresso stovetop maker. Overall from a comfort standpoint, it was like home for me, homey, spotless, and well equipped, that invites everyone to just relax. We were able to accomodate 2 families and still had beds to spare. The teens really loved it and the facilities allowed them to enjoy 2 different pools, as well as, the beach. Carlos was very attentive and available the times we reached out to him. I’ll be returning to this apartment in future outings on the Islan, and definitely recommend it; 100%!!!
